G'night until g'morning. I just read short stories by Lawrence Block, Robert Barnard, and Ed Hoch, masters, all.

Gives new meaning to lap cat.

"2 in the morning, crapped out, yawning. Longing my life away..."

Muse striketh at the oddest times, but I'm not sure what the stopped up toilet bowl in the middle of the living room and a run-away garbage truck has to do with anything I'm writing. But, that was the dream.

Y'all get out there and write like the wind. I've got to flunk more kids in four hours.

"Good night Mrs. Calabash, where ever you are." I know who said it and who Mrs. Calabash was. Do you? Internet searching not allowed.

Nighty night.

So there's kb's work but where's kb?!?

We had heavy rains almost all day yesterday and so no satellite internet. I've gotten too used to it and couldn't bear the slow, dial-up speeds so, sulky kid that I am, I just stayed off the intertubes. Now if I could just boycott muddy dog paws.

Morning all.

Morning, all. Off to watch the Red Sox today. Once my fam crawls out of bed! Ah, to sleep past 7 again.

Isn't that Jimmy Durante, Rick? But I forget who Mrs. C was...

Hope spring is heading your way in a hurry! Heat wave here - wish I could send you some.

A day of heavy rain sounds wonderful, andi. I'm sure you're weary of it, but we could use it. And I love watching it fall.

Happy Tuesday, all.

Morning, lovelies! It's warmish and muggy here and I'm off to the mines in a wee bit.

Tonight is my first water aerobics class at the Y. I used to do this when I lived in San Antonio, and got a hankering to try it again. We'll see how it goes.

Cheers!

It's raining outside. Inside, I'm verifying the CLI of the product I document. Not difficult, but very very very tedious. If you see me, I'm still dim but I'm thinking about all y'all.

Morning, uh afternoon, all.

Beth is going to baseball ... I'm soooo jealous. Someday I'm going to get down to spring training.

Andi - be glad you had rain, we're now on snow. Even some thunder snow.

Mrs. Calabash owned the Calabash restaurant in...Calabash, North Carolina hard on the South Carolina border. The area is famous (?) for calabash cooked fish which looks a lot like Cajun to me, but I don't care for either. She's long, long gone, but a Calabash restaurant remains.

You should, mary! 7000 people instead of 77000, the players toss balls to the kids in the stands, they sign anything you hand them over the fence - it's casual and close-up - and warm!! 83 today, and the Red Sox won. More games this week - but it's definitely a lot of fun!
