THAT is just beautiful!

What fvcked day. My mother in law started threw an horrific fit from 8:30 ’till 10 and I’ve been trembling all day. I’m so sick of living with crazy people.

(sniff) Thanks, Janet...

Did you see my (way too late) thanks for all your effort on the Soda Crystal search? I really appreciate it.

::sends hugs to KB:: :(

Nancy, I did not break my head but I am glad to report I did break 2K words for today's tally on the novel and broke 46K overall.

It does not suck.

Going to try to sleep now.

::ciao and hugs to all::

Sorry, KB. That full moon seems to have tweaked a TON of people. Big hugs to you for all you do for all of the people in your life, crazy and otherwise.

Tomorrow will be better.

Hope Maria is sleeping....

Thank you Maria & Beth, I'm so glad I have such wonderful friends.

Ooh, {{{KB,}}} you have my sympathies big time. Been there, done that, got the king size set of scars to show for it.

Very early to rise-bah. Where is that off brain switch when you need it?

KB here's hoping MIL has a more mellow day so you can too. I kinda thought when the kids were out of the house things got easier. No more teen angst. Then I discovered aging parent angst. Pamper yourself KB.

Morning Andi--Snow picture pretty. We got more rain. I'm hoping an inch total. Could use much more.

Maria you are a writing race car.
You go girl.

Wonderful Weds. to All.

kb, many hugs. I have the most wonderful m-i-l in the world; I wish I could share her with you.

Lisa, it's easy to find the off-switch ... just be in a situation where you desperately need it to stay on. ;) It's raining like crazy here too. Winds up to 55 mph later today (note to self: enjoy the electricity while I've got it).

Janet, I loved your answer to Danni.

Morning all.

Andi sounds like you need to tie the dogs together and to your waist so you don't fly away today.
Trees--love 'em. Limbs downing power lines. Boy do I know about that. May the force stay with you.

KB, hope today is much better for you & yours.

Add The Boy & Snippet to the list of unstable types that the full moon has tweaked. Domestic thang, 3am phone call, he's in the clink, the little twerp who started it is off scot-free.

Ach, Far! Boys (and some girls) have a hard time learning that lesson from the sports field--it's the second guy who gets the penalty. I hope your day doesn't completely suck.

Kelly McCullough said...

Waves to all.

Oof, FarF, that's no fun. Hope it works out for the best.

Gotta go wrestle with the book now. I woke up with plot stuff in my head, so maybe my subconscious is finally coming on board for this one. Hope so.

Well, you know what they say: when life hands you lemons, get a bottle of tequila.

Maria Lima said...

@ Far - HAHAHAHA! I'm all for the tequila solution.

Been another crazy busy day at the mimes. Off to do my 3rd conf call of the day...

katiebird said...

Oh, {{FARfetched}} I'm so sorry. I've been through that same thing with our boy and it's just heartbreaking. And the worry.

As parents there's so little we can do to improve the situation.

Love that line, Farf. It's the first time I've heard that one. :-D Hope he gets compassionate judge.

No wind here yet, Andif. It's in the 60's now, but temp will fall into the 30's by tonight. Big wind forecast here, too.

Good thoughts sent for all who need them.

So guess who's brand-new book was on the "New Arrivals" table at BN today?! With books like Kite Runner and Atlas Shrugged? I bragged to the nearest clerk that the author was my friend - I'm such a geek! Yay Kimber!

Then I turned all of my friends' books face-out on the shelves....tee hee!

A successful BN visit - except I didn't buy anything. Researching agents - argh. If I spend enough time there, maybe they'll hire me...

That is a beautiful photo, even if I've had my fill of snow.

I hope that things get better KB.

Congrats on your successful BN trip Beth!

Nancy! The synchronicity blog! Your news of it, of course, arrived at the perfect time.

I have this one my bulletin board:
No snowflake ever falls in the wrong place.

Hank, hi. I'm so glad the syn. blog arrived at the right time, lol

I hope everybody's day got better.

I had a gig out of town, met more nice people. Got another one tomorrow.

Night, all.
